When I look at the training and teaching I'm most passionate about it usually includes strategies like Problem Based Learning or facilitative questioning. However the area that I need to develop in my work still continues to be how to reach out to learners that I can't work with in a group setting. Those folks that need to learn about our organization, develop more skill in a certain area, or learn the specific process or technology we use.
Therefore as much as I'd like to choose one of the strategies I'm passionate about, I think it is time to select one that I'm not as familiar with and develop an greater understanding of how I can apply it.
One that has caught my attention which I'm not as familiar with is the Generative Learning Model. Stay tuned for another blog post on this model and how I might be able to apply it
